  • View Current Plan – See details of your active plan (Free, Starter, Business, or Enterprise).
  • Upgrade Plans – Switch to higher plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime options available).

Payment and Invoice

Access and download all past invoices and track payment history.

The Payment and Invoice section helps you keep your financial records organized.

  • View Invoices – See all your past and current invoices in one place.
  • Invoice Details – Each invoice includes name, email, description, billing cycle, amount, and status.
  • Search & Filter – Quickly find specific invoices with the built-in search option.
  • Download/Export – Download invoices for accounting, tax, or reimbursement purposes.
  • Status Tracking – Check whether a payment is pending, paid, or failed.

How to upgrade my plan

To start the process, simply go to the “Plan & billing” section within your account. Here you will find all the options available to modify your current subscription.

  1.  Upgrade to a higher plan: As long as you do not have the most advanced plan, you will be able to select an upgrade to a higher plan directly from this section. This can give you access to new features or increase your site or backup storage limits.
  2. Add extra GB of storage: If you need more space for your backups, you can easily add extra GB of storage from here with one of our storage packages.
  3. Switch to annual billing: If you are currently paying your subscription on a monthly basis, switching to annual billing can offer significant savings. We offer an annual payment discount of over 20%.
